Sustainable Schools

Twelve Tasmanian schools have made a commitment to becoming more environmentally friendly.
The Australian Sustainable Schools Initiative (AuSSI) is a partnership between the Department of Education, the Department of Tourism, Arts and the Environment and the Federal Department of Environment and Water Resources.

On 27 November, Graeme launched the 36th Melbourne to Hobart Yacht Race, at the Derwent Sailing Squadron in Sandy Bay.

Healthy Food Expo

Claremont High School recently hosted a Healthy Food Expo.
The expo consisted of activities, educational experiences and competitions - all with an emphasis on enjoying healthy foods.
Graeme had the honour of hosting the competition between Tassie Devil football personalities and Tassie Tigers cricketers, to see who could make the best omlette.

Harness Racing History

Harness Racing in Tasmania has returned to the place of it’s historical beginnings.
