Building Industry Memorandum of Understanding

On Monday 28 May, Graeme attended the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Building and Construction Industry Council (BCIC) and the Tasmanian Building and Construction Industry Training Board (TBCITB).

Claremont Guides

On Saturday May 26 Graeme attended the Claremont Guide Hall, where he lent a hand with painting the mural on the walls of the Hall.  The Guides decided to paint the mural after repeatedly having their Hall vandalised. 
The State Government provided a small grant to assist with the purchase of paint.

Claremont Primary School

On Friday May 11 Graeme attended Claremont Primary School’s Aussie of the Month Assembly.
The Signing, Infant and Senior Choirs all sang beuatifully and Graeme gave a speech about the importance of being a part of a community.

C-Change

On Thursday May 10 Graeme attended the launch of Centacare’s C-Change Program, where he was proud to announce State Government funding of $194,000 for the program.
The C-Change program helps disadvantaged job-seekers get back into the work force by providing support to increase skills and build their confidence.

Agfest

Early this month Graeme attended Agfest.
He spent some time manning the ALP tent where he met up with Dick Adams Federal Member for Lyons.
